Welcoming our cosy three bedroom Town House just off the Bath Road in the heart of Leckhampton & Montpellier in Cheltenham. With free on-street parking for one vehicle, that sleeps up to 6 people!

You are only a short 30 second walk from Cheltenham Bath Road featuring lots of Coffee shops, Pubs, local Shops and Restaurants.
A 10 minute drive from Cheltenham Racecourse!
Cheltenham College is located a 5 minute walk away from the property.

Located a short 5 minute drive from Leckhampton where you can go for a long walk amongst the beautiful Countryside. We recommend Leckhampton Hill, which has amazing views!
The Cotswolds is only a 30 minute drive away.

Kitchen/Living Room:
As you walk in the property, you are greeted with an open plan Kitchen, with a large island unit & Living Room.
There is ample amounts of seating for up to 6 people to all enjoy the space together. A dining table with 6 chairs and two comfortable sofa’s with a TV on the wall. There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need.
All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher & washing machine.
We also have a toaster, kettle & microwave for you to use at ease.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee!

Ground Floor Bathroom:
There is a WC room to the right as you walk into the living room. This features a toilet & sink.

Please note the house has two different levels (Ground Floor & First Floor) these all include stairs to access.

Main Bathroom:
As you go upstairs, The main bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, LED mirror and a towel rail.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom has a cosy small double bed. There is also a bedside table, lamp & wardrobe.

Bedroom 2:
In the second bedroom, you will find a spacious king bed in this room. A bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers and a rail for you to hang your clothes.

Bedroom 3:
Across the landing is the third bedroom. You will find a small double bed in this room with an en-suite, bedside table, dressing table with stool and a wardrobe for you to hang clothes.
The en-suite features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror and a towel rail.


Garden:
At the back of the house, you’ll find a small private courtyard that’s perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings. A BBQ is available for guests to use. If you do use the BBQ, we’d really appreciate you giving it a quick clean afterwards so it’s ready for the next guests to enjoy too. ☀️
